You will need:
4 cups of brown sugar or any other combination of exfoliants you can think of (sea salt, epsom salts, almond meal, cornmeal etc)
2 cups of unscented oil – grapeseed, sunflower, light olive oil
1 tsp ground nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and cloves
Jars with water-tight seals (bought some 500 ml versions at the Bulk Barn)
1. Combine oil and sugar in a large bowl. Mix until smooth with no lumps.
2. Add spices. Mix well.
3. Scoop into jars and apply labels. This recipe made 2 large jars of scrub. It doesn’t have to be refrigerated but should be used up within a couple of months.
