Shipping

We ship within Canada and to the United States via Canada Post and USPS. Shipping is free for all orders $75 and over. All orders under this amount will be charged $6.50.

Returns

Should you decide that you need to return an item, we will refund your purchase. Cocoon Apothecary will accept returned items within 15 days of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. Please email us at info@cocoonapothecary.com with details of your return.

Damaged Merchandise

If your shipment is damaged, please email us at info@cocoonapothecary.com and we will ship a new one out to you immediately.
