Shipping

We ship within Canada and to the United States via Canada Post and USPS. Shipping is free for all orders $60 and over. All orders under this amount will be charged a flat amount of $6.50 for Canadian orders and $8.00 for all U.S. orders.

Returns

Should you decide that you need to return an item, we will refund your purchase. Cocoon Apothecary will accept returned items within 14 days of delivery. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. Please email us at info@cocoonapothecary.com with details of your return.

Damaged Merchandise

If your shipment is damaged, please email us at info@cocoonapothecary.com and we will ship a new one out to you immediately.

Are your products good for sensitive skin?

Our products are great for senstive skin however we can't guarantee that it's for everyone. People have varying sensitivies and allergies to both chemical and botanical ingredients. If a product is not for you, we will gladly except a return for a full refund (shipping fees excluded).

Are your products pH balanced?

Our products are all PH balanced between 4.5 to 5.5 which is the natural level of the skin's acid mantle.
