Cocoon Apothecary is a company that takes the making of cosmetics back to its roots, when it was more art than science, it was alchemy. Everything that Cocoon produces is made artfully in small batches with attention to quality. No assembly lines required. Every formula created comes from a passion for the plant world and all of its amazing offerings. Cocoon products are all vegan, organic and packaged in eco-friendly glass.

The Story of Cocoon Apothecary

I began Cocoon Apothecary in 2004 after I realized that natural products are not only better for your health and the planet but they are also superior to conventional products (the ones that are loaded with synthetic fillers and animal byproducts). I decided to create a skin care line that would harness the power of plant antioxidants and fatty acids to rejuvenate, heal and moisturize - without all the harsh chemicals and cancer-causing ingredients.

From the beginning, I spent long hours at local markets getting to know my customers. Week after week, people would return to tell me what they liked and what they wanted. I found this interaction to be invaluable in creating the perfect skin care line - drawing on the knowledge of my savvy customers.
